WOW!!! its definitely been a long time I last updated my blog yes?
I know..I know...
HEY!!! Look at the bright side!!! I'm still blogging after all yes?! Ah...but I'm thinking of moving over to Myspace... shall see what wind blows...
SO! Perhaps some of you already know that I work part time as a educational trail facilitator , it is not bad actually. feels like fun! IT IS FUN!!! One of those jobs you'll never get sick and tired of because you'll get to meet all sorts of kids.
Just recently, I did a trail with Pasir Ris Primary School and we had to facilitate the primary ones. My gosh... my heart is still with them la. SO CUTE CAN?! had a girl, Joey, coming up to me with teary eyes and said, "Teacher Timothy... Shaun said my water bottle looks like an ogre..*sniff* *sniff*...". I was like.."my gosh..this kinda thing also wanna cry..." then I remembered these small people are just primary one. So I went over to her table, told little Shaun to stop bullying Joey, cheered Joey up with my camera phone and there! This is her, smiling!
Isn't she cute? haha...
Then there's Nicole... she was so adorable... barely less than 5 min after introducing myself to the class, she starts holding my hands, playing with my fingers and soon, Joey and some other students start playing with me. Nicole was really independent, she didn't need me to constantly help her with her work, and she went around helping everyone. There she is...
And after the whole trail, It was time to say goodbye... FOR THE 1ST TIME, I NEARLY SHED A TEAR because I was starting to miss them so much! So when Joey and Nicole went to the school bus to bring them back home from school, I thought that was the end and I will not get a chance to play with them again. SUDDENLY, Nicole and Joey started pulling my arms and legs. They were given 5 min to play on the pouch before leaving school. So we played and when it was really time to leave, I made them promise me they will study hard and be good kids. hahaha... oh and you know what? They didn't want me to go, so they asked me, "can we give you our house number so that you can talk to us tonight?" hahahaha so cute!!!
I told Lis I'm missing them so much... the both of us are missing our students so much. Lis had her share of fun as well... ahh...kids...
