About "A True Confession"

I was talking to a friend of mine on one of the nights and I was mentioning how I find it hard to tell a girl I like her. Its not me to "confess" it out...I kinda have some shyness you see... BUT! When I was showering, I was trying to express it out. So this song came in and I got motivated to pen it down. HA! Starts in E.
